  2. Delivery via DHL, Parcel Force or DPD. Courier services are usually only necessary for larger devices and drives that cannot be sent via Royal Mail.

No. While we are successful in more than 90% of cases, we cannot guarantee that your data is retrievable before analysing your phone. We never make promises we cannot keep. Though there is a good chance we can help recover data from your phone.

The overall cost of data recovery depends on the time it takes. We will provide you with a quote for the retrieval, before taking any action. Keep in mind that there is a fixed £39 diagnostic fee for all our data recovery services, which is non-refundable. If we can’t recover your lost data, we won’t charge you a penny extra and we’ll return your phone to you free of charge.
