Tell us the real deadline
Explain when the data is needed, which files matter first and whether a useful partial result would solve the immediate problem. That lets us decide whether priority imaging or a staged return is more valuable than waiting for every readable file.
Express and Emergency are priority service targets, not a promise that physical damage can be made predictable. A donor part, unstable media or a large volume of data may impose a limit that no queue position removes.
Timing starts at the lab
The target begins when the device has arrived and been logged, not when a courier label is created. If the initial inspection shows that the requested deadline is not realistic, we will explain the constraint before you approve the recovery.
