No. We can tell you what size and type of disk you may need to replace a faulty HDD where relevant, but you will need to source the hardware yourself.

No. We have decades of experience in dealing with all manner of disk arrays across a broad range of server architecture. Even if your RAID belongs in a museum rather than an IT network, we’ll take on the challenge.

The cost of our RAID data recovery service is dependent on the amount of work required and the kind of RAID we’re dealing with. We charge a £39 non-refundable service fee but nothing more unless we know we can help and the cost has been agreed upon.

Yes, if it’s possible for you to do so. If you want us to recover data from your RAID, we may need to rebuild it in our office using all the relevant drives, not merely the failed ones. We like to cover every eventuality.

No, it’s not necessary. Our RAID recovery technicians only need the HDDs from the RAID, not the physical server itself. We have a bank of onsite RAID controllers to cater for every eventuality and RAID type. Please ensure that the drives are sent as one delivery and clearly labelled.
