  1. External USB drives and other smaller HDDs can be sent with Royal Mail
  2. Larger external drives should be sent with DPD, DHL or Parcel Force

Sadly not. The portable nature of external drives makes them more susceptible to wear and tear, and sometimes the damage is too great. However, we take pride in being able to recover files from external drives 90% of the time.

This is determined by the amount of work it will take to recover your data. We will provide you with a quote once we have assessed the situation. Our service does involve a non-refundable £39 diagnostic fee, to cover our technicians’ time.
